Grant Agreements definition

Grant Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9.A hereof.

More Definitions of Grant Agreements

Grant Agreements means each of the agreements between the Funding Body on the one part and the relevant Party on the other listed in Schedule 6 setting out the terms on which the Funding Body agrees to provide the Project Funds to that Party, and including the schedules and any attachments and annexes thereto, together with any amendments to same which the Funding Body may notify to that Party in accordance with the relevant Grant Agreement and “Grant Agreement” shall mean any of them;
