  • Prior to initiating the Dispute Resolution Procedure the parties shall: reasonably demonstrate why the dispute cannot be resolved without escalation to the next level in the escalation procedure; and take account of any ongoing dispute under the GPSoC Framework Agreement and, if appropriate, suspend or delay resolution of the dispute under these terms until resolution of the ongoing dispute under the GPSoC Framework Agreement or join the resolution process under the relevant agreement.
