Examples of Governmental Securities in a sentence
Subject to Section 11.04, the Trustee or Paying Agent shall hold in trust money or United States Governmental Securities deposited with it pursuant to Section 11.01 and shall apply the deposited money and the money from United States Governmental Securities in accordance with the Notes and this Indenture to the payment of principal of the Notes; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.
Money and Governmental Securities so held in trust are not subject to Article 13.
Any prepayment made under this Section 2.4 may be made only on a U.S. Governmental Securities Business Day (and, if tendered on a day other than a U.S. Governmental Securities Business Day, shall be applied on the immediately succeeding U.S. Governmental Securities Business Day).
The Company shall pay and indemnify the Trustee against any tax, fee or other charge imposed on or assessed against the United States Governmental Securities deposited pursuant to Section 11.01 or the principal and interest received in respect thereof other than any such tax, fee or other charge which by law is for the account of the Holders of outstanding Notes.
The Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Buyers, shall have a valid perfected first priority Lien in the Collateral Account and all cash, cash equivalents, instruments, securities (including any Governmental Securities) and other financial or other assets which are maintained from time to time in the Collateral Account.

The Escrow Agent shall not be liable or responsible for any loss resulting from any investment made in the Governmental Securities as provided in Section 9 hereof.
If the Trustee or Paying Agent is unable to apply any U.S. dollars or non-callable Governmental Securities in accordance with Section 8.02 or 8.03 hereof, as the case may be, by reason of any order or judgment of any court or governmental authority enjoining, restraining or otherwise prohibiting such application, then the Company’s and the Note Guarantors’ obligations under this Indenture.
