Governing Act definition

Governing Act means the Electricity Act 1989 as amended and supplemented by the Utilities Act 2000;

  • You must comply with all relevant laws (including the Governing Act ), these Conditions for Small Grants and any relevant guidelines notified by Us in relation to the Approved Funding in carrying out the Approved Project.

  • Where funding under another agreement with You has been terminated by Us, We may terminate the Approved Funding, subject to the provisions of the Governing Act.

  • Rulings made by the Arbitrator are final and binding on the Parties, subject to the right to appeal to the Court on the mandatory grounds of appeal provided for by the relevant Governing Act.

  • We may take action under this clause 13 without having to give a compliance notice under a Governing Act or take any other compliance or enforcement action under a Governing Act, except if expressly required by a Governing Act.
