GNOG definition

GNOG has the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.
GNOG means Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc. (f/k/a Landry’s Finance Acquisition Co.), a New Jersey corporation.

  • GNOG has the requisite power and authority to execute, deliver and perform its respective obligations under this Agreement.

  • GNOG is a limited liability company, duly organized and validly existing under the Laws of the State of New Jersey.

  • Each Party shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Laws concerning privacy and personally identifiable information in connection with its use of GNOG Customer Data.

  • Following the Closing, each outstanding Warrant will cease to represent a warrant in respect of GNOG Class A common stock and instead shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase 0.365 of a share of New DraftKings Class A common stock at an exercise price of $31.50 per share of New DraftKings Class A common stock, subject to adjustment as set forth in the Warrant Agreement.

  • DPI means the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.

  • Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.

  • CPL means the Carolina Power & Light Company.

  • APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.

  • SPI means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(a)(2).
