  • If the Customer does any of these things Global 4 reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without being liable for any loss to the Customer.

Related to Global 4

  • Global Securities means a Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Securities, issued to the Depository for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depository or nominee.

  • Global has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Global Security means, with respect to any series of Securities, a Security executed by the Company and delivered by the Trustee to the Depositary or pursuant to the Depositary’s instruction, all in accordance with the Indenture, which shall be registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee.

  • Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.03, and bearing the legend prescribed by the applicable supplemental indenture.

  • 144A Global Security means a permanent Global Security in the form of the Security attached hereto as Exhibit A-1, and that is deposited with and registered in the name of the Depositary, representing Securities sold in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act.
