Gift Card Program definition

Gift Card Program has the meaning set out in Section 9.3;
Gift Card Program means a credit program that is:
Gift Card Program means the gift card program administered by GCTB, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBC, for the sale of gift cards that are redeemable as a payment method at Branded Restaurants.

  • Integration of the Gift Card Program to any proprietary or VAR software is the responsibility of the Merchant.

  • The parties will meet and mutually agree upon in-store merchandising requirements prior to a broader launch of the Wal-Mart Open Network Gift Card Program.

  • Bank agrees that it shall not, without Servicer’s prior written consent, agree with Wal-Mart that any marketing copy, artwork or Promotional Materials (as such term is defined in the Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Program Agreement) is specifically developed for Wal-Mart pursuant to Section 1.3(a) or Section 1.7 of the Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Program Agreement.

  • C) The features offered under the Gift Card Program - Custom and Value plans may be different, and will be explained to the Merchant in the Guides and Instructions.


More Definitions of Gift Card Program

Gift Card Program means a program that the Vendor manages, through a third party, on behalf of Dealers, whereby gift cards are (i) purchased by retail customers at dealership locations with the purchase proceeds thereof credited to the Vendor, and (ii) used by retail customers for credit against the purchase of merchandise or services sold by Dealers;
Gift Card Program means a gift card, loyalty or reward program(s), or other similar redemption program(s) for customers, which may be designated by us from time to time in the Manual.
Gift Card Program means the program governing the promotion, sale and redemption of gift cards redeemable for Marble Slab Creamery brand ice cream and related merchandise, which is administered on Seller’s behalf by Stored Value Systems/Comdata.
