EMG means the Executive Management Group of SSgA.
Production company means a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other business entity engaged in the business of producing qualified productions and is registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State to engage in business in Arkansas;
Velocity means a measurement of the motion of liquids usually expressed in feet per second.
RPI means the General Index of Retail Prices All Items measured by CHAW and published each month but where RPI for any month is not published on or before the last day of the third month after such month or there is a material change in the base composition of RPI, then XXX may, after consultation with the parties and such other persons as it considers appropriate, determine the use of such other index as it deems appropriate in the circumstances;
Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
RDSO means the President of the Republic of India or the Administrative Officers of the RDSO or of the successor RDSO authorised to deal with any matters which these presents as concerned on his behalf.
CPET means the UK Government’s Central Point of Expertise on Timber.
MLP has the meaning assigned to such term in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.
SSC means the Secondary School Certificate (Standard X) examination conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent certificate awarded by a recognised Board;
STAR s Intellectual Property” shall mean all rights, titles and interest in the programming of the Channels and all trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, materials, formats, and concepts relating to the Channels or any mark of the rights holders of any programming exhibited on the Channels including STAR’s copyright and broadcast reproduction rights and on which STAR and its licensors shall have the sole and exclusive rights. STAR’s Intellectual Property shall also include all rights, titled and interest in events and programmes, advertisements, messages and the like included in the Channels and that may be determined by STAR and its licensors at their sole discretion from time to time.
SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.
biofuels means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
PSI means pounds per square inch.
ETP means Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
PSEA means the Employers’ association established for post-secondary colleges and institutes under the Public Sector Employers’ Act.
CMP means Construction Management Plan;
STP means a packet switch in the CCS network that is used to route signaling messages among SSPs, SCPs and other STPs in order to set up calls and to query databases for advanced services. GTE's network includes mated pairs of local and regional STPs. STPs are provided in pairs for redundancy. GTE STPs conform to ANSI T1.111-8 standards.
Harvest means the point at which timber that has been cut, severed, or removed for purposes of sale is first measured in the ordinary course of business as determined by reference to common practice in the timber industry. The term does not include the cutting, severance, or removal of timber for firewood, fence posts, or other personal use.
Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
Charter school means an open-enrollment charter school operating under Subchapter D, Chapter 12, Education Code.
NGL means natural gas liquids.
EV means electric vehicle.

foreshore means the shore of the sea, channels or creeks, that is alternately covered and uncovered by the sea at the highest or lowest tides;
