Genetics Computer Group definition

Genetics Computer Group. GCG" or any part, combination or abbreviation thereof or any similar or other name likely to confuse or mislead any part of the public, provided that the Purchaser acknowledges that the Vendor's corporate name will remain as Oxford Molecular Group PLC until the extraordinary general meeting of the Vendor to be held on 11th September 2000 but the Vendor undertakes with the Purchaser that, from Completion, it will not use the Oxford Molecular pillar device.
