General risk. Any Assets are obtained by the 1T Client on an "as is" and "under development" basis. Investing in crypto assets offered on the 1T Platform is highly speculative with a risk of loss of the entire capital invested. Such investment is only suitable for users, who can bear a loss of the entire invested capital and should not be considered as or entered into with the expectation of a stable source of income. Certain risks associated with the services available on the 1T Platform may not yet be known or new risks may arise in the future due to the rapid development in the sector.
General risk. Ownership, development and management of real estate is highly competitive and involves numerous risks, including those described in this Article 15. The inclusion of the risk described herein does not imply that there are no other substantial risks incident to an investment in the Units. Sale of the Company or a transfer of the assets of the Company may be subject to significant legal, contractual and/or practical restrictions. This Company has not been in business and is commonly known as a "start up" company. There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful.
