General Misconduct definition

General Misconduct means misconduct of a type specified in clause 2.1.1.
General Misconduct means (i) using for profit or disclosing to unauthorized persons confidential information or trade secrets of the Company; (ii) breaching any contract with or violating any fiduciary obligation to the Company; or (iii) engaging in any conduct that is injurious to the Company, including, without limitation, diverting employees of the Company to leave the Company without the Company’s prior consent.
General Misconduct means any behaviour in relation to people or property which is contrary to any MTA Institute policy or to any generally accepted standards of behaviour and includes refusal to obey reasonable directions given by a person employed by MTA Institute.

  • The Manager may share personal information of the Resident with the University for any activity undertaken pursuant to the Student Discipline and General Misconduct Rules.

General Misconduct means behaviour within or outside a campus of the University which extends beyond any freedom to express lawful opinions publicly and is prejudicial to the good order and discipline of the University or contrary to generally accepted standards of behaviour and includes but is not limited to the conduct specified in Part A (section 4) below;
