General Binding Rules Application definition

General Binding Rules Application means an application for a Permit or for variation of a Permit for an activity falling within any description, in respect of which there are “General Binding Rules” (within the meaning of Regulation 14 of the Regulations), and where the application demonstrates that the operator will be able to operate the activity so as to comply with the General Binding Rules in force at the date of the application; and in which the operator requests the grant of a General Binding Rules Permit;
