GE OPTIONS definition

GE OPTIONS means options to purchase an aggregate of 20,000 Shares issued on June 30, 1994 to GE Investment Hotel Partners I, Limited Partnership, and options to purchase an aggregate of 2,500 Shares issued to Trustees of the General Electric Pension Trust, and in each case issued by a predecessor of the Company and subsequently assumed by the Company.

Related to GE OPTIONS

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".
