GBM Term Note definition

GBM Term Note means that certain Term Note, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, made by GBM in favor of the Lender, in the form attached hereto as Attachment I, as such note now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
