GAS PROCESSING AGREEMENTS means all of those certain gas dedication, gas purchase, gas gathering, gas transport, gas processing and similar related service agreements or purchase agreements, if applicable, attributable to the Gas received into the Gathering System, entered into prior to or subsequent to the Effective Date by EPFS and/or its Subsidiaries, whereby EPFS and/or its Subsidiaries has acquired or reserved the right and/or the obligation to provide products extraction of natural gas liquids in processing plants; a list of Gas Processing Agreements currently in effect is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
