GANs definition

GANs means collectively, the Commonwealth’s Federal Highway Grant Anticipation Notes (Accelerated Bridge Program), 2010 Series A, currently outstanding in the principal amount of $88,610,000, 2013 Series A, currently outstanding in the principal amount of $233,140,000, 2014 Series A, currently outstanding in the principal amount of $335,290,000 and any additional notes hereafter issued under the GAN Trust Agreement.
