Gannett Corporate Office means the corporate office of Gannett located at Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, that provides certain support to Gannett and its business.
Corporate Office means the office of the Warrant Agent (or its successor) at which at any particular time its principal business shall be administered, which office is located at the date hereof at 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000.
Corporate Officer means, with respect to the Recipient, its president; any vice president in charge of a principal business unit, division, or function (such as sales, administration or finance); any other officer who performs a policy-making function; or any other person who performs similar policy making functions for the Recipient. Executive officers of subsidiaries or parents of the Recipient may be deemed Corporate Officers of the Recipient if they perform such policy-making functions for the Recipient.
Board office means the office of the administrative staff of each professional licensing board.
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
Home office is our main office. The mailing address is shown on the first page of this Contract.
Retirement office means the Kentucky Retirement Systems office building in Frankfort;
State office means state legislative office or the office of
Post Office means the South African Post Office, a public company with limited liability duly incorporated in accordance with company laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 1991/005477/06.

Head Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company;
Depositary’s Office means the principal office of the Depositary at which at any particular time its depositary receipt business shall be administered.

Local office means the county, institution or district office of the department of human services.
Municipal office means an elective office in a municipality.
Records Office means an office of the Company in Nevada, which may but need not be a place of its business, at which it shall keep all records identified in NRS 86.241, except that in lieu of keeping a list of members at the Records Office, the Company may keep a statement with the registered agent, setting forth the name and address of the custodian of such records.
Employment office means a free public employment office, or branch thereof, operated by this state or maintained as a part of a state-controlled system of public employment offices.
Bank Office means the designated office for payment of the Bank as indicated on the signature page hereof. The Bank will notify the Issuer in writing of any change in location of the Bank Office.
Principal Office means, when used with respect to the Depositary, the principal office of the Depositary at which at any particular time its depositary receipts business shall be administered, which, at the date of the Deposit Agreement, is located at 300 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, X.X.X.
Executive Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company.
Business Office means the office responsible for handing the business and finance operations of a college. For a Related Entity, “Business Office” shall mean those individuals responsible for the day-to-day business and finance operations of the corporation, and may include individuals in the Business Office of the Related Entity’s supported college, as permitted by the MOU between the corporation and the college.
Office means the registered office for the time being of the Company;
Procurement Office means Metrolinx Procurement Services office located at 277 Front Street West, 4th Floor, Mail Room, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5V 2X4.
Headquarters means the office address at which a state agent has his/her primary work assignment.
Facility Office means the office or offices notified by a Lender to the Agent in writing on or before the date it becomes a Lender (or, following that date, by not less than five Business Days’ written notice) as the office or offices through which it will perform its obligations under this Agreement.
National Office means the government authority of a Contracting State entrusted with the granting of patents; references to a “national Office” shall be construed as referring also to any intergovernmental authority which several States have entrusted with the task of granting regional patents, provided that at least one of those States is a Contracting State, and provided that the said States have authorized that authority to assume the obligations and exercise the powers which this Treaty and the Regulations provide for in respect of national Offices;
Local Office Time means regular working hours (8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.) during regular working days, in accordance with the applicable public holidays observed by SAP’s registered office. With regard to SAP Enterprise Support only, both parties can mutually agree upon a different registered office of one of SAP’s affiliates to apply and serve as reference for the Local Office Time.
