Game Developer definition

Game Developer means an Entity that develops or publishes PlayStation Games that are not Adult Products. Under this Agreement, an Entity is a Game Developer only to the extent that it develops or publishes the foregoing games and not for any other purpose or activity.
Game Developer means the entity(ies) which have effective control over the relevant Game. All Games are managed by their respective Game Developer who have final control over game design, implementation and set-up as well as full responsibility for the playing experience.
Game Developer means a person or entity that develops a game compatible with the Platform and possesses the appropriate rights to do so.
