Game Content definition

Game Content means the Game’s audio-visual content, including the visual appearances of its characters, and corresponding in-game data that is rendered and made available to users or viewers of the Game Content.
Game Content means without limitation those copyrightable aspects of the particular Game that may be perceived by the user, including, without limitation, artwork; sound; graphic and/or music files; audio visual elements and displays; user interface, logos, trademarks, characters and names; dialog; story line; plot and data.
Game Content means any templates, modules, functions, features, images, audio data, video data, or other content that may be used by a Game Creator when creating a Game.

More Definitions of Game Content

Game Content means Game characters, Game titles, Game logos, or Game storylines, created by either Company or Partner in connection with a particular Game or Sequel, whether such content is created before or after the Effective Date of this Agreement. Game Content also includes any end user information (including without limitation personal information, non-personal information, mobile device information, browser data, location data, etc.) that may be collected by either Party in connection with a particular Game or Sequel. For clarity, “Game Content” includes all upgrades, improvements, or modifications made to any of the foregoing for a particular Game or Sequel created by either Party and at any time, but does not include any Game Title (as defined below).

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.
