Future System definition

Future System means any portion of any System that is not a Current System.

  • The Buyer and the Group Companies shall bear their own incidental out-of-pocket costs and expenses associated with the implementation and completion of the CMD Milestone and the Future System Milestone.

Related to Future System

  • Capture system means all equipment (including, but not limited to, hoods, ducts, fans, booths, ovens, dryers, etc.) that contains, collects, and transports an air pollutant to a control device.

  • E-System means any electronic system approved by Agent, including Intralinks® and ClearPar® and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by Agent, any of its Related Persons or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.
