Fund C definition

Fund C has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Fund C means the Fidelity Growth Company Fund (formerly the Fidelity Mercury Fund).

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Fund/SERV means NSCC’s Mutual Fund Settlement, Entry and Registration Verification System, a system for automated, centralized processing of mutual fund purchase and redemption orders, settlement, and account registration; “Networking” shall mean NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Program fund means the program fund established under section 12D.4.

  • Fund means any Person (other than a natural person) that is (or will be) engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in commercial loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its activities.

  • Fund of Funds means a registered investment company or series of a Fund which is managed and administered by Service Company and which invests substantially all of its assets in shares of two or more Funds (or series thereof).

  • Infrastructure fund means the renewable fuel infrastructure fund created in section 159A.16.

  • Fund Source means any direct or indirect sum payable to the Contractor by the County pursuant to any lawful obligation.

  • Provident Fund means any fund (other than a pension fund, benefit fund or retirement annuity fund) which is approved by the Minister in respect of the year of assessment in question: Provided that the Minister may approve a fund subject to such limitations or conditions as he or she may determine, and shall not approve a fund in respect of any year of assessment unless he or she is in respect of that year of assessment satisfied -

  • Master Fund means a registered investment company or a series thereof in which the Trust or a Series, as applicable, invests all or substantially all of its assets pursuant to a master/feeder fund structure as described in Section 8.3(c);

  • Plan Investor As defined in Section 5.03(n) of this Agreement.

  • Feeder Fund means a Sub-Fund which invests all or substantially all of its assets in securities which are units or sub-units in a unit trust scheme or participations in a mutual fund or other interests in a collective investment scheme which is managed or advised by the Managers or any Associate of the Managers and whose investment policy is the same or substantially the same as such Sub-Fund.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Fund Share means the share, unit, or other evidence of ownership in a Permissible Investment.

  • New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.

  • Fund Adviser means any entity that acts as a manager, adviser or sub-adviser to a Legg Mason Fund.

  • BCP means BCP Asset Management Limited and its successors, assigns and transferees.

  • Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.

  • Fund Value means the separate account assets associated with the Variable Annuity Business.

  • Institutional fund means a fund held by an institution exclusively for charitable purposes. The term does not include:

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Oaktree means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC and its Affiliates, including any partnerships, separate accounts or other entities managed by Oaktree.

  • Fund Data means all information Fund, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable DST to perform the Services, but excluding DST Property.
