  • Determine the net asset value per share of each Fund and/or Class, at the time and in the manner from time to time determined by the Board and as set forth in the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information (``Prospectus') of each Fund; C.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.
