Periodic Functional Tests shall be performed every six (6) months in accordance with Table 34-4.
Contractor shall conduct Functional Tests for each Block in accordance with Exhibit 27 and when Contractor believes that a Block can satisfy the Minimum Capacity Level, Contractor shall conduct the Capacity Test with respect to each Block in accordance with Exhibit 16A.
