functional supervisor means the primary regulatory body of an entity, which is a part of a banking group, under relevant laws for the time being in force.

Clinical supervisor means any of the following:
Designated supervisor means the supervisor designated by the Superintendent of Schools or designee as the administrator’s supervisor.
Direct visual supervision means supervision by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or dental anesthesiologist by verbal command and under direct line of sight.
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Approved supervisor means a licensee who has met the requirements for approval as a professional counselor supervisor, marriage and family therapy supervisor, or addiction counselor supervisor as provided in regulation.
