Functional Aspect definition

Functional Aspect means all of the following: (a) Passenger Proposition Aspects; (b) Rolling Stock Functional Aspects;
Functional Aspect means all of the following: “Functional Requirement Acceptance Criteria” “Functional Requirement Asset”

Related to Functional Aspect

  • Functional Acknowledgement means an acknowledgement Message by the receiving party’s computer software application which automatically confirms the receipt of a Message at the moment of receipt;

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Transformation means, any of the following with respect to a legal entity: a merger, transformation, (re-) registration, incorporation as a joint stock or limited liability company or partnership or other legal entity, bankruptcy, liquidation, insolvency, organization into a distinct form or other entity or any other event or process by which any of the following is altered with respect to that entity: its legal identity, form or nature, or the form or nature of its ownership or capital, or its seat, and where any such event or process or any part thereof took place at any time between 22 March 1989 and 13 June 2002.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Role means one of the four recognized roles of certified registered nurse anesthetists, certified nurse midwives, clinical nurse specialists, and certified nurse practitioners.
