Purchaser shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of the FSOA to review same.
Subject to Subclauses (d) and (e) of this Clause 4.1, settlement of accounts will be considered concluded when the Parties agree, evidenced by them signing the FSOA which expressly states that it is the final statement of all adjustments.

SMC means a valid safety management certificate issued for a Vessel by or on behalf of the Administration under paragraph 13.7 of the ISM Code.
