Fruugo Platform definition

Fruugo Platform means the multi-country, multi-currency, multi-language platform owned and operated by Fruugo for Customers and Retailers to transact with each other, the Fruugo Country Marketplaces and the Fruugo Portal;

  • Fruugo provides the Fruugo Platform for the Retailer and Customers to complete Transactions.

  • Retailer Fees shall apply to all Orders, regardless of which part of the Fruugo Platform the Order originated from.

  • Fruugo reserves the right to insist that the Retailer honours the price and delivery costs of each Product as was submitted to the Fruugo Portal by the Retailer or its authorised third party and published on the Fruugo Platform.

  • Fruugo shall promptly following any termination or suspension of this Agreement, or the Retailer’s access the Fruugo Platform notify the Retailer of its reasoning for such suspension or termination.

  • Fruugo is never a party to any Transaction completed through the Fruugo Platform.

  • The Retailer shall set and maintain the prices for its Products available on the Fruugo Platform exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, charges or levies in the currency in which its account operates.

  • If Fruugo determines in its sole discretion that any Product, or the content of the Product Pages, and/or any Retailer Content, is prohibited, potentially illegal, or inappropriate, then without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, Fruugo may remove the Product and/or Product Pages, and/or Retailer Content from the Fruugo Platform or alter such content on the Fruugo Platform.

  • Any Product that has been illegally replicated, reproduced or manufactured is prohibited from sale on the Fruugo Platform.

  • The Retailer’s continued use of the Fruugo Platform and/or Fruugo Portal following Fruugo’s notice of the amendment will constitute the Retailer’s acceptance of the amended Agreement.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Hosting platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Suspended platform means a working platform suspended from supports by means of one or more separate ropes from each support;
