Front Elevation definition

Front Elevation means and refer to the elevation of the dwelling identified as Front Elevation on the elevations plans illustrated in Exhibit “H” of this Ordinance.
Front Elevation means the exterior side of a dwelling that primarily faces the street. In the case of a Mew Lot, the Front Elevation shall be that exterior side of the dwelling that primarily faces the Mew. In the case of a corner lot, the Front Elevation shall be determined by the builder and shall be clearly identified on the building permit plans.
Front Elevation means the exterior portion of a dwelling that primarily faces the street and contains the primary entrance to the dwelling. In the case of a Mew alley loaded lot, the front elevation shall be that exterior portion of the dwelling that primarily faces the park.
