FPS Services definition

FPS Services means the services (including the QR Code Services) provided by us to you from time to time to facilitate payments and funds transfers using HKICL FPS and the Addressing Service, eDDA Service and any other services and facilities provided by HKICL in connection with the Faster Payment System from time to time.

Examples of FPS Services in a sentence

  • The above indemnity shall continue to have effect after the termination of the FPS Services.

  • You agree (and, where applicable, for and on behalf of each of your directors, officers, employees, authorised persons and representatives) that we may collect, use, process, retain or transfer any of the Customer Information for the purposes of the FPS Services.

  • The Bank has the right to set or vary from time to time the scope of the FPS Services and the conditions and procedures for using the FPS Services.

  • We provide the FPS Services to you to facilitate payment and funds transfer using the Faster Payment System and the Addressing Service, eDDA Service and any other services and facilities provided by HKICL in connection with the Faster Payment System from time to time.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the FPS Services in whole or in part at any time without giving notice or reason.

  • We may provide the FPS Services via branch, Electronic Banking Services or any means specified by us from time to time.


More Definitions of FPS Services

FPS Services means the services provided by you to me from time to time to facilitate payments and funds transfers using the Faster Payment System and related systems and services from time to time provided by Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited, together with its successors and assigns (respectively, “HKICL FPS” and “HKICL”), including, as applicable, the QR Code Services and certain services provided by you to me (including without limitation those referred to in Clause 2) enabling me to use the following HKICL services:

Related to FPS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.
