Foundation Board definition

Foundation Board means the board of directors of the Foundation, being the governing body of the Foundation;
Foundation Board has the meaning set out in Clause 4.2.3;
Foundation Board means the Board of Directors of the Foundation.

More Definitions of Foundation Board

Foundation Board means the supreme collegial body of the Foundation, the main function of which is to ensure compliance by the Foundation with the objectives it is created for.
