Formal Presentation definition

Formal Presentation means a signed written statement by the teacher of his/her grievance. The statement shall set forth the alleged facts upon which the grievance is based and the particular provisions of this Contract claimed to have been violated, misapplied or misinterpreted.
Formal Presentation means a written presentation by an interested party who has registered for a public hearing;
Formal Presentation and/or “NOTIFICATION” shall mean a written statement dated and signed by the party concerned.
