Form U-1 definition

Form U-1 means Uniform Application to Register Securities. “Form U-2” means Uniform Consent to Service of Process. “Form U-2A” means Uniform Corporate Resolution.
Form U-1 means the “Statement of Purpose for an Extension of Credit Secured by Margin Stock – FR U-1” form published by the FRB.
