Those employees engaged on works undertaken at and east of Footner Road will be required to use the facilities at the Stirling North Cemetery for lunch breaks regardless of location of commencement of day.
Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;
Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.
EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.
LEA means a local education agency, including local school boards/public school districts, charter schools, and, for purposes of this rule, the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.
