FOG UNIT definition

FOG UNIT means a unit in the Fortress Operating Group, which represents one equity interest in each of the entities that comprise the Fortress Operating Group.
FOG UNIT refers to a unit in the Fortress Operating Group, as described in the Private Placement Memorandum, which represents one limited partnership interest in each of the limited partnerships that comprise the Fortress Operating Group and any corresponding Class B Shares and any equity securities issued or issuable (including Class A Shares) in exchange for or with respect to such FOG Units or Class B Shares (x) by way of a dividend, split or combination of shares, (y) in connection with a reclassification, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization, or (z) otherwise.
FOG UNIT means a unit in the Fortress Operating Group, which represents one Partnership Unit in each Partnership.

  • Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.

  • OP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as an OP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Existing unit means a unit (including a unit subject to Section 111 of the Act) that commenced commercial operation before November 15, 1990, and that on or after November 15, 1990, served a generator with a nameplate capacity of greater than 25 MWe. Existing unit does not include simple combustion turbines or any unit that on or after November 15, 1990, served only generators with a nameplate capacity of 25 MWe or less. Any existing unit that is modified, reconstructed, or repowered after November 15, 1990, shall continue to be an existing unit.

  • Common Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(g) hereof.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • target unit means a facility or group of facilities to which an underlying agreement applies; “tCO2 equivalent” means tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent;

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Class C Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class C Units in this Agreement. The term “Class C Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.
