Floor Unit definition

Floor Unit means $1000 United States dollars or such larger amount as may be determined from time to time by Bank, at or above which Authorization must be obtained by Zale to make a Card Sale when Zale’s ability to secure electronic Authorization of such Card Sale is not available.

Related to Floor Unit

  • apartment unit means any residential dwelling unit within a building containing three or more dwelling units where access to each residential unit is obtained through a common entrance or entrances from the street level and the residential units are connected by an interior corridor;
