Flex Shipper definition

Flex Shipper means a Shipper that has a volume re-entering Carrier’s System from the Intermediate Storage Point in a subsequent Month from when it was Tendered for delivery to Intermediate Storage.

Related to Flex Shipper

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.

  • Producers means the agents, general agents, sub-agents, brokers, wholesale brokers, independent contractors, consultants, insurance solicitors, producers or other Persons who solicit, negotiate or sell the Insurance Contracts.

  • Shipper(s) means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
