FLAG SYSTEM definition

FLAG SYSTEM shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals to this Agreement, as such system may be reconfigured or otherwise altered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

FLAG SYSTEM means the Company's digital fiberoptic cable system connecting (as of the date hereof) the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Korea and Japan, as it may subsequently be reconfigured.

Related to FLAG SYSTEM

  • Flag State means the State whose flag the Vessel is flying.

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Approved Flag State means any of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands or any other country in which the Agent (acting on the authorisation of the Lenders) may approve that a Ship may be registered.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
