Fixture Value definition

Fixture Value means a determination of the amount of water (in gallons per minute) that a water-using fixture will normally demand, or the amount of Wastewater (in gallons per minute) that a water-using fixture is expected to generate, at a typical pressure of thirty-five pounds per square inch (35 psi). (Note: Fixture Values are determined by the American Water Works Association in the most recent edition of its publication designated as M22, Sizing Water Service Lines and Meters).

  • Land Value means, at any time:-

  • Security Value means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Agent whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Creditors) which is, at any relevant time, the aggregate of (a) the market value of the Mortgaged Ships as most recently determined in accordance with clause 8.2.2 and (b) the market value of any additional security for the time being actually provided to the Creditors or any of them pursuant to clause 8.2;

  • Salvage value means the amount received for property retired, less any expenses incurred in connection with the sale or in preparing the property for sale, or, if retained, the amount at which the material recoverable is chargeable to materials and supplies, or other appropriate account.

  • Property Value means the fair market value of the real property, as remediated, less

  • Casualty Value means the market value of the Equipment at the end of the Term or when in relation to a Total Loss, the market value the Equipment would have had at the end of the Term but for the Total Loss. The Casualty Value may be less than but will not be more than the original purchase price of the Equipment.
