Fixed Servicing Fee Rate definition

Fixed Servicing Fee Rate. For each Mortgage Loan, the per annum rate payable to the Servicer, as set forth for such Mortgage Loan in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, equal to 0.375%.
Fixed Servicing Fee Rate. For each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to 0.500% per annum.
