Fixed Rental definition

Fixed Rental means the fixed element of each Rental Payment as detailed in the Schedule 2 or as notified to the Customer by the Bank in a Rental Payment Notice.
Fixed Rental means the initial annual rental established in Section 5.01, as adjusted in accordance with Section 5.04.

More Definitions of Fixed Rental

Fixed Rental means $500,000 per year for each calendar year of the first fifteen (15) years of the Initial Term and $600,000 per year for each calendar year for the remaining ten (10) years of the Initial Term.
Fixed Rental means the rental payable by the Tenant to the Landlord for the first to third years which is calculated at a fixed rate in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement.

Fixed Rental or "fixed annual rent" or "basic rent" is as follows:
Fixed Rental and "Basic Rent" shall mean the payments set forth in the Underlying Lease at Paragraph 1(e) and Article 4; the terms "Expense Rent" and "Additional Rent" shall mean the payments set forth in the Underlying Lease at Paragraph 1(I), Article 5 and Article 6. As used herein, the term "Rent" shall mean all moneys owing to Landlord under the terms of the Underlying Lease. The foregoing notwithstanding, the amount of annual Basic Rent under this Sublease shall be seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for each square foot of Rentable Area payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments. The Rentable Area of the Premises is nineteen thousand two hundred forty five square feet (19,245 sq. ft.)
Fixed Rental and “Fixed Rentals” have the same meaning given to such terms in Section 9.
Fixed Rental means the fixed rental payment per year for each calendar year of the Initial Term and any Renewal Period as provided herein.
