FiT Plan means a statement confirming the details of you, the Generation Unit(s), the applicable tariff(s) and other customer‐specific terms of this Agreement;

Examples of FiT Plan in a sentence

  • Before any FiT Payments will be made you must agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and sign and date your FiT Plan.

  • We will update the Central FiT Register and a new FiT Plan will be sent to you.

  • July 2016, 1 October 2016 or 1 January, 1 April, 1 July, 1 October in any subsequent years (as shown in your FiT Plan).

  • You will receive Export Tariff payments from Us until the End Date as set out in Your FiT Plan unless this Statement of Terms is terminated by You or Us before such date or opt out (please see section 5 below).

  • This Statement of Terms will then terminate and You will receive a new Statement of Terms and FiT Plan.

  • Before we can make any FiT Payments, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, and then sign and date your FiT Plan.

  • You will receive a Generation Tariff payment from Us until the End Date as set out in Your FiT Plan unless this Statement of Terms is terminated by You or Us before such date.

  • We’ll update the Central FiT Register and send you a new FiT Plan.

  • If You are a VAT customer We will pay You as set out in Your FiT Plan provided that payment will be made in 60 days from when We receive a valid VAT invoice showing the amount notified to You in the request for invoice.

Related to FiT Plan

  • Benefit Plan means any of (a) an “employee benefit plan” (as defined in ERISA) that is subject to Title I of ERISA, (b) a “plan” as defined in and subject to Section 4975 of the Code or (c) any Person whose assets include (for purposes of ERISA Section 3(42) or otherwise for purposes of Title I of ERISA or Section 4975 of the Code) the assets of any such “employee benefit plan” or “plan”.

  • Employee Benefit Plan means any “employee benefit plan” as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA which is or was sponsored, maintained or contributed to by, or required to be contributed by, Holdings, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective ERISA Affiliates.

  • Business Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan entered into, maintained, sponsored or contributed to by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries or to which Seller or any of its Subsidiaries has any obligation to contribute, or with respect to which Seller or any of its Subsidiaries has any liability, direct or indirect, contingent or otherwise (including a liability arising out of an indemnification, guarantee, hold harmless or similar agreement), in each case with respect to any Business Employee or Former Business Employee or to any beneficiary or dependent thereof.

  • Employee Plan means an employee benefit plan within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA (other than a Multiemployer Plan), regardless of whether subject to ERISA, that any Loan Party or any of its ERISA Affiliates maintains, sponsors or contributes to or is obligated to contribute to.

  • Employee Welfare Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in ERISA Section 3(1).
