The Vessel Owner is not required to subject the Fishhold to a use that will render the space temporarily or permanently contaminated.
If the Vessel Owner subjects the Fishhold to a use that will render the space temporarily or permanently contaminated, the Vessel Owner is solely responsible for such contaminated Fishhold and any resulting consequences.
traveller means any person designated on a Travel Authorization, or such other request as may be approved by UNDP or its Associated Agencies, and any other traveller who may be authorized to travel at the expense of UNDP or an Associated Agency.
WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.
SADC means the Southern African Development Community;
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
