First Vice-Chair definition

First Vice-Chair means the First Vice Chair of the Society as described article 5;
First Vice-Chair means the Director elected as the first vice-chairperson of the Board;
First Vice-Chair means the First Vice-Chair of the Board;

Examples of First Vice-Chair in a sentence

  • The First Vice-Chair shall sign contracts and perform all of the Chair’s duties in the absence of the Chair, unless the Bylaws of the Agency provide otherwise.

  • During Implementation, the Chair and First Vice-Chair shall be elected from among the following Members: Merced, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Stanislaus.

  • The First Vice-Chair will serve as the Chair of the Governance Committee.
