First successor representative definition

First successor representative means an adult or group of adults, collectively, to whom the right of disposition for a declarant has been reassigned because the declarant's representative is disqualified from exercising the right under R.C. 2108.75 (see "Disqualification of representatives" under "Representatives under a declaration of disposition," below).

  • Successor Institutional Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
