First Put Date definition

First Put Date means 31st July, 1995;
First Put Date. ’ means the Quarterly Payment Date falling in May 2012; ‘‘Fitch’’ means Fitch Ratings Ltd.;
First Put Date means the amount specified on the Schedule of Financial Terms.
