First Four Fiscal Quarters definition

First Four Fiscal Quarters means the four full Fiscal Quarters ending immediately following the Execution Date.

Related to First Four Fiscal Quarters

  • Fiscal Quarters means the period from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.

  • Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.

  • Financial Quarter means the period commencing on the day after one Quarter Date and ending on the next Quarter Date.

  • Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Fiscal Month means any fiscal month of the Borrower.

  • Fiscal Year End means the end of each Fiscal Year.

  • School fiscal year means a fiscal year that commences July 1 and continues through June 30.

  • Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.

  • Fiscal Year means the fiscal year of the Company.

  • Most Recent Fiscal Year End has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.

  • Fiscal When followed by "month", "quarter" or "year", the relevant fiscal period based on the Borrowers' fiscal year and accounting conventions.

  • Consolidated Senior Leverage Ratio means the ratio of Consolidated Senior Debt, determined as of the last day of any fiscal quarter of the Company, to Consolidated EBITDA for the period of 12 months ending on such last day.

  • Quarter Date means each of 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.

  • EBITDAX means, for any period, the sum of Consolidated Net Income for such period plus the following expenses or charges to the extent deducted from Consolidated Net Income in such period: interest, income taxes, depreciation, depletion, amortization, exploration expenses and other similar noncash charges, minus all noncash income added to Consolidated Net Income.

  • Four Quarter Period has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”

  • Consolidated EBITDAX for any period means, without duplication, the Consolidated Net Income for such period, plus the following, without duplication and to the extent deducted (and not added back) in calculating such Consolidated Net Income:

  • old financial year means the financial year of an issuer that immediately precedes a transition year;

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing October 31, 2001.

  • Academy Financial Year means the year from 1st September to 31st August or such other period as the Secretary of State may from time to time specify by notice in writing to the Academy Trust;

  • Test Period on any date of determination, the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower (in each case taken as one accounting period) most recently ended on or prior to such date for which financial statements have been or are required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.1.

  • Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such Test Period.

  • Federal Fiscal Year means the period beginning October 1 and ending September 30 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the United States government.

  • Annual Accounting Period or “Financial Year” means the period commence on 1st July and shall end on 30th June of the succeeding calendar year.

  • Consolidated Total Debt to Consolidated EBITDA Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Debt as of the last day of the relevant Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Net Leverage Ratio means, at any time, the ratio of (a)(i) Consolidated Total Indebtedness at such time minus (ii) the Qualified Cash Amount to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed period of four fiscal quarters.
