fire fighting access level means the highest level that a fire appliance ladder may be brought against a building for purposes of fire fighting and evacuation;

Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1) means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.

Use Level means the maximum permitted use level for each Use Type, as specified in the applicable Notification Form.
