Finalized Order definition

Finalized Order means a Transit Bus order submitted to the Contractor by the Authorized User that includes both a Purchase Order and a completed Transit Bus Pre-Order Worksheet (see Attachment 4 - Transit Bus Pre-Order Worksheet), that has been reviewed and verified as complete by the Contractor. The Finalized Order date is referenced by the Contractor to affirm that the order is completed and is the basis for providing an estimated delivery date. (See Section 3.5.4 Delivery Time).
