Submitted Order definition

Submitted Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

Submitted Order and "Submitted Orders" shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph 3(a) of Part II of this Section 12.

Examples of Submitted Order in a sentence

• Any Order that specifies a number of shares of DARTS other than in whole Units will be invalid and will not be considered a Submitted Order for purposes of an Auction.

• Any Order that specifies a number of shares of FRAPS other than in whole Units will be invalid and will not be considered a Submitted Order for purposes of an Auction.

• The Fund of Funds may submit a purchase, exchange or redemption order (a "Submitted Order") for shares of a Fund on behalf of a customer to such Trust's designated contact in the manner determined by the Trust.

• Any Order that specifies a number of shares of the New Preferred other than in whole Units will not be accepted and will not be considered a Submitted Order for purposes of an Auction.

• Validates that the status of the parent order is Pending to determine whether the parent order is submitted before the child order (Submitted Order).
