FHE definition

FHE means Forum Health Enterprises Co., an Ohio nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation and a Debtor in these Chapter 11 Cases.
FHE means Foundation Health Enterprises, an Oklahoma limited liability company.
FHE means FARID HILLEND ENGINEERING LIMITED, incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts with Company Number (SC53003) and having its registered office at Taxi Way, Hillend Industrial Estate, Dunfermline, Fife KY11 9ES, including any subsidiaries and Affiliates. Any reference to the term “FHE” in these Terms and Conditions as used herein shall mean such subsidiaries and Affiliates of FHE;

Examples of FHE in a sentence

  • The Agency is acting as conservator for Seller under Section 1367 of the FHE Act.

  • The Board of Directors of Seller, by valid action at a duly called meeting of the Board of Directors on September 6, 2008, consented to the appointment of the Agency as conservator for purposes of Section 1367(a)(3)(I) of the FHE Act, and the Director of the Agency has appointed the Agency as Conservator for Seller pursuant to Section 1367(a)(1) of the FHE Act, and each such action has not been rescinded, revoked or modified in any respect.

  • Not later than December 15, 2012, and not later than December 15 of each year thereafter while Seller remains in conservatorship pursuant to Section 1367 of the FHE Act, Seller shall, under the direction of Conservator, deliver a risk management plan to Purchaser.

  • Failure to pay as agreed creates a default wherein FHE reserves the right to cancel this agreement, replace the Exhibitor with another and keep any monies paid as liquidated damages.

  • FHE reserves the right to use abandoned space for any purpose to finalize show layout and decorating.

  • Exhibitor is responsible for any and all taxes, fees, fines, penalties arising from their participation in FHE.

  • Exhibitor and FHE agree to be bound by this agreement, its terms and conditions including the FHE Exhibitor Handbook.

  • Exhibitor agrees to pay for any and all collection expenses incurred by FHE.
