Fee Auditor definition

Fee Auditor means Warren H. Smith & Assoc. (and its successors) in its capacity as the Bankruptcy Court appointed fee auditor for Professional Compensation in the Chapter 11 Cases, or any other Entity appointed by the Bankruptcy Court as fee auditor for Professional Compensation in the Chapter 11 Cases in lieu of, or in addition to, Warren H. Smith & Assoc. and its successors.
Fee Auditor means Warren H. Smith & Associates, P.C.
Fee Auditor means Warren H. Smith & Associates, P.C. in its capacity as the Bankruptcy Court-appointed fee auditor in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • The Fee Auditor shall continue to act in its appointed capacity until all final applications for Professional Compensation have been ruled on by the Bankruptcy Court, and the Debtors and Reorganized Debtors, as the case may be, shall be responsible to pay the fees and expenses incurred by the Fee Auditor in rendering services prior to and after the Effective Date.

  • Following the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall pay in cash, within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from the Fee Auditor, all actual, reasonable fees and expenses of the Fee Auditor that are incurred after the Effective Date, without the need for any further authorization from the Bankruptcy Court.

  • The Fee Auditor shall prepare and submit to FNF a written report of the results of the Fee Audit (a “Fee Audit Report”).

  • LPS agrees to cooperate fully with the Fee Auditor in preparation of the Fee Audit Report (as defined below) and deliver any requested information to the Fee Auditor which LPS would otherwise be required to furnish to FNF pursuant to Section 14.1 hereof at FNF’s sole expense.

Smith & Associates, P.C., acting in its capacity as the fee auditor appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court dated October 10, 2007 [Docket No. 3260], or such other Person, acting in such capacity, as the Bankruptcy Court may hereafter appoint.
Fee Auditor means Warren H. Smith of Warren H. Smith & Associates, P.C., appointed as fee auditor pursuant to the Fee Auditor Order.

  • Independent Auditor has the meaning specified in subsection 7.01(a).

  • Auditor means the person for the time being performing the duties of auditor of the Company (if any).

  • Independent Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a).

  • Single Audit means an audit that includes an examination of an organization's financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with the requirements of Federal or State awards.

  • Company Auditor means Xxxxx Xxxxx US, LLP (FKA: Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, LLP), with offices located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000.

  • SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT
